- The $200 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE and is only TRANSFERABLE once towards a new appointment date. Another cancelation will result in submitting a new deposit for a new appointment. The deposit goes toward the balance.
- There is ONLY a 15-minute grace period, anything passed that amount of time will result in your appointment being CANCELED. The deposit is then VOID and will not be refunded! Please plan accordingly.
- Please NO extra guests/children.
- Please have headphones if you will be on a call or on your phone during your appointment.
- Free parking is limited in our area; however there's a parking lot and plenty of meter parking available. Parking meters can be paid with the ParkMobile app.
- Payments are preferably taken via Zelle, ApplePay, or PayPal. PayPal payments must be sent as friend/family ONLY. All payments can be sent to (347)-290-4624 or by email at BrazilianKnotsNYC@Yahoo.com. Once the deposit is received, an appointment confirmation will be sent to you via email or text. No deposit, no appointment.
- Hair must be clean, dried, and in the state of the hair that is being installed for the appointment.
- Please make sure to select/purchase the hair that best matches your natural texture. We are not responsible for incorrect hair texture or hair color. The stylist will not install the hair and the appointment will be canceled, resulting in losing your deposit.
- We are not responsible for the hair you purchase. If there is an issue with the hair, contact the hair provider.
- Limited styling is offered, due to the stylist working from home. Installation, blending, trimming, & light flat ironing are the only styling services the stylist can provide. Clients are more than welcome to bring the hair products of their liking.
- Any changes made to your hair after consultation must be informed to the stylist for reconsideration. If it is not shared with the stylist and she can not install the extensions; your appointment will be CANCELED and will lose your DEPOSIT.
- We take your service experience very seriously. To ensure the longevity of it, we know that at-home maintenance is critical. It is our professional obligation to provide you with the best home maintenance information plan. We are not responsible for any services done to your extensions at home or with any other stylist, after your appointment.
- If there is something about your extensions that you do not love after a scheduled appointment, please call to speak with the stylist within 5 days of your original visit to schedule an adjustment. We want you to love your hair and will do what it takes to make that happen! Please be advised that any additional hair installed (after 10 knots) will result in an additional fee.
